  3. Unsatisfied with Product: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and the item(s) is unwashed, unworn, and unused within 30 days of receiving, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

At Chicgrl, we have a clear and concise return policy to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. However, there are certain items that are not eligible for returns. These include:

  1. Items outside the 30-day warranty time frame.
  2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
  3. Items in the categories of Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie, and Earrings.
  4. Virus prevention items including masks, disposable protective clothing, and other gear that comes in direct contact with skin.

Please note that all returns must be authorized by the Chicgrl team through our Support Center. Any returned item without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these return policy guidelines.

Returns Process & Time-Frame

At Chicgrl, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless returns process. To make sure that your return is handled efficiently and effectively, please follow these steps:

  1. If your item is eligible for return (refer to our return policy), please send a email in our Support mail address that includes:

    • Your order number
    • SKU number or product name
    • Reason for return

  2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) and the return address.

  3. Please return the item according to the instructions on the RMA form and provide us with proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.

  4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days to process.
  • PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
  • Wallet refunds (store credit) may take 24 hours to update in your account.
  • In some cases, refunds to the original payment account via debit or credit card may not be possible. In such cases, we will request that you provide us with a PayPal account in your name to complete the refund.

Return Shipping Costs & Address:

  • All shipping fees, including those for returns or exchanges, are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend using the most affordable registered airmail option available.
  • Prior to returning items, please contact us by sending a email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and the related return address.
