At ChicGrl, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
✔ Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✔ Beauty products (lashes, lash tools, adhesives) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at support@chicgrl.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.
📌 Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email us at support@chicgrl.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- Once approved, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
Haven’t received your refund yet? Follow these steps:
✔ Check your bank account again.
✔ Contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days to process.
✔ Still no refund? Email us at support@chicgrl.com, and we’ll assist you!
6. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
