CHICGRL REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, Chicgrl makes the refund process simple and transparent. Here's how it works:


REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
The refund timeline is as follows:

Credit/Debit Card 5–10 business days
PayPal 3–7 business days
Shop Pay / Apple Pay 5–10 business days

Note: Actual times may vary based on your payment provider.


 REFUND CONDITIONS

To receive a full refund:

  • The returned item must meet return eligibility criteria (unused, unworn, in original packaging, etc.)
  • You must complete the return process within the 14-day return window

Your return must be approved by our team

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer store credit or wallet refunds at this time.


 NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items received after the return deadline
  • Returned items that are worn, used, or damaged
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Beauty, lingerie, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Return shipping fees

 RETURN VERIFICATION

After your return has been delivered and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email update on your refund status
  • Approved refunds are processed immediately; funds will appear in your account based on your provider’s speed

If your return does not qualify, we will notify you and can either return the item back to you (at your cost) or discard it, per your preference.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing time may vary by institution.
