PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after placement.
During sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

 UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you via email.
You may request reshipment (additional shipping fee applies) or a refund for the item(s), excluding shipping costs.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
