We’re sorry your order didn’t work out! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return policy below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Returns without original packaging or with signs of wear may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty & skincare products
- Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Return Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
How to Return
- Email returns@chicgrl.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Ship the item to the address we provide within 7 days after approval.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Chicgrl is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- Unauthorized returns without contacting us first may not be processed.
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
